The Gospel is very Good News. This is the power unto salvation. (see Romans 1:16)
A true Gospel preacher is not one who tells you how bad you are, but how good Jesus is.
If you and I are to receive from Him we must get used to receiving what we do not deserve.That is amazing.
God is smiling on the believer because of what Jesus did at the Cross. When He declared; "It is finished" He meant just that. All of the justice the law demanded was satisfied when Jesus died for the our sins.
So run to Him and not from Him. Sin is no longer an issue between God and you.
