What you are conscious of determines how you will walk.
If a Christian is sin conscious they will struggle with sin.
If that person is conscious of Jesus and His finished work; they will work in the victory that the cross has provided.
You see the problem is a focus on the problem instead of the Provision. When a believer realizes that what Jesus has provided is so much greater than what Adam lost they are on the right path.
Be encouraged; and realize that ..."as He is;so are you (HIs child) in this world."1John 4:17
There is absolutely no condemnation to those who are in Christ. period ( see Romans 8:1)
