This Week...
Revelation 1:12, and 13 record John saying: "And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned , I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks One like unto the Son of man, ..."
We know from Revelation chapter one and verse twenty that the seven golden candlesticks are the seven churches.
The Son of man is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is the powerful truth. Jesus is seen within the golden candlesticks or the churches. This teaches us that the Jesus operates in the midst of His people or church.
This is where John saw Him.
Also take note that the candlesticks are golden. Gold points to Deity and I believe is a delaration that the church is seen in Christ. Wow
It is true that you and I may be the only Jesus some people will ever see. Let us allow Him to live thru us. (Galatians 2:20) You are Blessed.
